Reacher (TV Series) Review

I consumed a lot of content when I was laid up recently. One of the things I watched was the Reacher series on Amazon. The first episode was the best of the short bunch. The whole thing holds up nicely but I would have liked a tighter packed and better paced six episodes to the eight they did. It was fun to have the extra time with these characters, so I’m not too off put.

The acting overall is solid. I’ll watch pretty much anything with Bruce McGill in it and What We Do In The ShadowsHarvey Guillén is woefully underused. Malcolm Goodwin steals many scenes as the overdressed Chief Detective Oscar Finlay.

The story itself is fine. I dare say I liked this series significantly more than the movie. I’m looking forward to more.
