Korea quarantine day 9 breakfast

What day is it? It’s hump day!

Gotta tackle the elephant in the room in the tray. Check out the white thing in the tray below the sliced sausage and next to the breads. It might be a fried egg? Can it be?

It is, or they are! Granted, both egg frisbees are room temperature and feel in my chopsticks a bit rubbery.

Breakfast sando again comes to the rescue!

It’s hard to see but the sausage slices are under the eggs.

Pretty good!

As to the bowl of creamy gelatinous mystery, it’s more seafood soup. Made for a nice dipping sauce for the sandos, especially the croissant.

The rest is typical: banana, juice, and salad with dressing.

The drawback to the sandos is the mess. I don’t have paper towels or similar so use toilet paper and the disinfectant spray to mop up after myself. It works well, if time consuming.
